2025
After more than two years of construction, our operational site in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg in the south of Hamburg was completed with a modern office and hall building as well as its own storage area. The central location in the south of Hamburg enables our civil engineering teams to process our orders there safely and quickly.
2019
In 2019, civil engineering operations were expanded to include the Hamburg-Altona site. Here, an office and warehouse building with its own storage area created ideal conditions for the rapid processing of our orders in the city centre and in the west of Hamburg.
2004
In 2004, Frank Michael Hoppe's civil engineering division was spun off into Hoppe Tief- und Leitungsbau GmbH. The company specialises in open and closed cable line construction. In addition to outdoor facility design and surface construction, it also carries out house connections and developments as well as earthworks.
1996
In 1996, the establishment of our own architecture department expanded our range of services in building construction to include one of our core competencies today. With a great deal of creativity and years of experience, our team of architects develops and implements high-quality architecture in all phases of the project. In addition to the planning and implementation of single-family and multi-family homes, commercial buildings and commercial properties, another focus is on barrier-free construction. Here, references range from senior-friendly apartments and barrier-free houses to conversions and extensions of retirement and nursing homes.
1979
In 1979, with the expansion of the civil engineering division, a new location was established and expanded in Hamburg-Bergedorf. Since then, newly acquired civil engineering contracts for the Hamburg metropolitan region have been handled more reliably and quickly from this location.
1972
In 1972, the first contracts were carried out in the Hamburg metropolitan region for Hamburgische-Electricitäts-Werke. This laid the foundation for today's civil engineering business.
1965
K.-H. Hoppe GmbH Bauunternehmen was founded in 1965 by civil engineer Karl-Heinz Hoppe. Since then, our range of services has expanded from minor repairs and renovations to the construction of single-family homes and apartment buildings, the restoration of listed buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings and production halls.
